FAQ's

If you need further information or something is not covered here,

please drop me a line.

Shipping

All art can be shipped around the UK.

Each item will be securely packaged and sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, signed for and insured.

Due to the size of the work produced postage and packaging can prove expensive, the cost of this is partly subsidised by the artist, but as a small business we cannot offer free postage.

Postage for large works (90cm and above) is set at a flat rate of £60, added at checkout.

Smaller sizes are up-to £30, dependant on weight.

Collection in person can be arranged

I aim to post within 7 working days from order placement and use a 48 hour delivery service and a tracking number will be provided

Please pay special attention to notes relating to checking the item upon receipt in order to avoid damage in transit.

International Shipping

If you are from outside the UK shipping can be arranged, Ideally it is best to remove the painting from the frame and ship rolled for the customer to get re-stretched.

This provides the best outcome financially and from a safety aspect.

Overseas shipments can be liable for taxes and import duties, according to the law in the country of destination. please check prior to ordering

please contact me for a shipping quote for international postage

Please pay special attention to notes relating to checking the item upon receipt in order to avoid damage in transit.

3

Damaged items

All artwork is packaged to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

However once it leaves me I have little control, and should anything be damaged in transit this needs to be reported immediately.

Therefore I ask that all deliveries are opened upon receipt and in the presence of the courier, reporting immediately any notable damage.

You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the item  contained therein has been damaged during delivery,  we are unable to claim against the courier for damage which occurs in their possession.

Failure to do this, results in you being solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Returns

As a small business client satisfaction is a high priority, and of course I want you to love your new art.

shipping artwork is a costly and risky business therefore I'm very happy to supply additional pictures or videos prior to purchase to ensure your complete satisfaction prior to any decision.

Should you wish to return an item, please contact me prior and within 14 days of purchase.

Once a Return has been agreed, you are responsibly for the packaging and shipping,

costs of the return postage are the responsibility of the buyer. Any refund will be less the initial postage and packaging costs.

It is recommended to use a signed for courier and take insurance to cover the cost of the purchase, keeping proof of postage.

I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see may be different due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

For international returns I'm unable to receive these at this time

ordering and payments

Payments can be made through a variety of all major debit or credit cards, None of the card information is stored by this site.

Should you wish to pay for the item over a number of instalments, this is made possible

6

Framing

All artwork is unframed unless otherwise stated. The majority of my work is on deep edge canvas and either finished with a painted edge or in some cases the painting continues around the sides. See individual pictures for details.

Art can benefit from being framed, but this is entirely a personal choice.

Framing can be arranged at an additional cost.

I often recommend a 'Tray Frame' contemporary style - these can cost between £60-£100 dependant on size and finish. Please contact me to discuss.

Be aware framing can take unto 4 weeks to facilitate, therefore please factor this into your timeframe.

Commissions

Some collectors are looking to acquire a more personalised piece of work, one that contains certain colour ways, or size for example. I'm happy to work with clients on a one to one basis, please contact me to explore further.
